TLDR

In just the past month, we've 2x'd our case processing volume.

We continue expanding beyond UM, taking on more complexity across behavioral health, and building out new agentic workflows including claims redeterminations.

We unlocked patients in new states, hit conferences across the country to connect with more of you in person. Internally, networking events and a team offsite kept us connected while we scale.

The Team
🌎 The people behind the progress

Our team grew again, welcoming Stan and Ali (joining us from France and Egypt, respectively), plus a few well earned promotions along the way. As we scale, Simon is now leading our Core Platform team and Oscar is leading Customer Engineering.

While we’ve been quite busy in the office, we’ve also made time to connect with those in our community and within our team. We prioritized bonding and took the whole team to Lake Tahoe for our annual offsite.

Also worth a read: the article HERE on CEO Hermine's backstory, and the dedication it took to build ClarityCare from the ground up.

Another offsite shot. Team bonding building a boat… not sure it was able to float, but we tried!

The product
🚀 Sweating the nuanced details

Our focus continues to be enhancing throughput, closing cases end to end. We know our clients operate under strict requirements, and our goal is to meet them, case by case.

We continue to expand into the details that matter: whether it's navigating the web to pull up-to-date, peer-reviewed clinical literature for physician-administered drugs, or checking provider tier levels in messy faxes. We know the details matter to you, and they matter to us just as much.

Check out our CEO’s article HERE on why the details matter.

TLDR: We care about what matters. The details.

Thought Leadership
🚨 Hitting the road again this summer

Meeting up with healthcare leaders at RosettaFest in Nashville, TN.

We've been on the road, from Chicago to Nashville, visiting existing clients and meeting new ones along the way.

In Nashville, it was awesome to stop by Health Care Administrators Association (HCAA)'s TPA Summit and RosettaFest.

A couple of highlights: great meeting up with Mike Clayton, VBA's former CEO and current senior advisor. We also learned a lot from HCAA's President Jeff Walter, who dove deep into the differences between independent TPAs and carrier-owned administrators, insights that will shape how we build our product to serve both.

We spent a lot of time connecting with TPAs, brokers, and benefit advisors, talking through how Electra reviews prior authorization cases and flags high-cost claims, eligibility issues, and other risk factors before a decision goes out.

Looking ahead, we have a full fall calendar across the East and West coasts, from Baltimore to Palm Springs, California.

If you'll be at any of these, reach out. We'd love to connect.

TLDR: We’re making sure to be in the room where it’s all happening, and bringing all the ideas back to the team to build what matters most.

Insights from our Customer Success Manager

How do you choose to structure your team?

"I put my engineers in front of the clients. Each one of them. Why? Because I want to cut the red tape between clients and the support they need. AI is complicated enough. Let's make it as transparent as possible."
